How fast is delivery?
Delivery times vary by service and quantity. Smaller orders typically complete within 24 hours, while larger orders are delivered gradually over 1-3 days for account safety. We use gradual delivery methods to ensure your account remains in good standing.
Do you need my password?
Never. We only need your public username or post/page URL. Your account stays 100% private and secure. We never ask for login credentials.
What is your refill policy?
We offer a 30-day refill guarantee. If your engagement drops naturally within 30 days of delivery, we refill it free. Refills are processed for drops exceeding 5% to prevent abuse. Can I cancel an order?

What happens if my order drops?
Submit a refill request from your order history or contact support with your Order ID. We'll refill it within 24-48 hours. Note: drops caused by account bans, suspensions, or changing your username/profile URL are not covered.

What if I get banned from Instagram/TikTok/YouTube?
If a platform bans or suspends your account, that is between you and the platform. We deliver engagement — we cannot control how platforms enforce their rules. Refills are not available for engagement lost due to account bans, suspensions, or deletion. This is standard across every reputable SMM panel.
Why do you have a 5% drop threshold?
It prevents abuse of the refill system. If you ordered 1,000 followers and 3 drop, requesting a refill for 3 followers wastes resources — and the system isn't designed for that level of granularity. The 5% threshold (50 followers on a 1,000 order) is the industry standard used by panels worldwide. Drops below 5% are normal fluctuation, not a delivery failure.
