This page tells you exactly what we cover, what we don't, and why. Every SMM panel has a policy — ours is written so you can actually understand it.

30-Day Refill Guarantee

Every order on ClicksMeGet comes with a 30-day refill guarantee, starting from the date of delivery. If your followers, likes, views, or engagement drop below what we delivered, we put it back — free of charge.

How to request a refill:

  1. Log in to your account at app.clicksmeget.com
  2. Go to your order history
  3. Find the order and click "Request Refill"
  4. Or email support@clicksmeget.com with your Order ID

Refills are processed within 24-48 hours. You'll be notified when complete.

When Refills Apply ✓

  • Natural drop in followers, likes, views, or engagement within 30 days of delivery
  • Platform algorithm audits or cleanup cycles that reduce your count
  • Drop exceeds 5% of the delivered total (prevents abuse on tiny fluctuations — industry standard)
  • Multiple drops on the same order — we refill every time within the 30-day window

When Refills Do NOT Apply ✗

  • Orders placed more than 30 days ago
  • Account banned, suspended, or deleted by the platform — this is between you and Instagram/TikTok/YouTube
  • Account set to private after ordering
  • Username or profile URL changed after ordering
  • Drop is less than 5% of the delivered count
  • Multiple SMM providers used on the same account (refills can't compete with other panels' drops)
  • Services explicitly marked as "non-refillable" at time of purchase
  • Abuse or attempted manipulation of the refill system

What If My Account Gets Banned?

This is the most common point of confusion in the SMM industry, so we're putting it front and center:

If a social media platform bans, suspends, or flags your account — that is between you and the platform. ClicksMeGet is not responsible for how Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or any other platform enforces its own rules.

Here's why: We deliver engagement. We can't control whether a platform decides to clean house. No SMM provider on earth can make that promise — and anyone who claims otherwise is lying.

What we WILL do: If your drop was caused by a platform audit (not a full account ban), and it's within 30 days, we refill. We're on your side.

No Monetary Refunds on Completed Orders

Due to the digital nature of our services, we do not offer monetary refunds on orders that have been fully or partially delivered. Followers, likes, and views cannot be "returned" like a physical product.

Exception: If an order was never started due to an error on our end and we cannot resolve it within 72 hours, we will issue a full refund to your wallet or original payment method.

Delivery Transparency

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Orders are delivered gradually for safety.
  • We use gradual delivery to protect your account from flags or penalties.
  • If we fail to deliver within the advertised timeframe due to our issue, we'll replace or refund at your choice.
  • Delays caused by platform outages, API failures, or force majeure are outside our control.
